Data Breach Incident Management / Notification

The KPO+ team provides professional consultancy services for 

• the management of data breach incidents and notifications to be made to the data subjects and the Personal Data Protection Authority. All within 72 hours. 

• legal process management, determining whether a criminal complaint is necessary, whether an internal investigation is required 

• training on data breach processes (informing about the emergency action plan in case of a data breach, responsibilities and lessons learned from the breach, additional measures to be taken, ensuring awareness, etc.).
