Compliance audit services conducted by KPO+ teams primarily cover the following:

• Inspecting whether periodically repeating processes are in place to keep the personal data inventory organised and up-to-date 

• Inspecting the timeliness of the documents prepared within the scope of compliance and the processes they are implemented 

• Inspecting the compliance of the forms and agreements used within the Company with the legislation 

• Testing the application/complaint and institutional investigation processes 

• Inspection of risk/impact assessments performed for processes and projects 

• Inspecting the compliance of the data processing activities carried out by the Company with the legislation 

• Inspecting the existence of policies and procedures and their compliance with legislation 

• Inspecting the effectiveness and work of the compliance committee 

• Inspecting the compliance of technical works such as using cookies and storage/destruction of personal data with the legislation. Inspecting whether the actions to be taken by the departments of compliance during the lifecycle of the processing are taken

• Inspecting whether annual awareness training and audits are carried out  

• Supervision of Data Controllers Registry (VERBIS) registration obligation and updating of the registration 

• Presenting the work performed within the scope of inspection activities to management through the audit report and executive summary
